Shipping Bicycles
Cost:
We offer free shipping of e-Bikes within the EU and Switzerland. Accessories have shipping costs when sold separately from E-Bikes.
Delivery Options:
You can choose between two delivery options:
Option 1: Direct Shipment to Your Address
- Delivery Time: We do not stock products. Every e-bike is made uniquely for each customer, so delivery time is typically 6-8 weeks depending on the country.
- Tracking: You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link when your order is dispatched.
- Scope of Delivery: Bikes arrive 95% pre-assembled. You only need to mount the pedals and align the handlebars. A manual is included in the box. Accessories such as mudguards may be shipped separately.
Option 2: Delivery to a Test Centr or Click and Collect Center of Your Choice
- You can choose to have your bike delivered to a participating Nørdic dealer or click and collect point at no extra cost.
- The dealer will professionally assemble your bike free of charge.
- You can arrange for the dealer to install accessories for a service fee.
- Participating dealers are listed in the checkout process when selecting a delivery address.
Shipping Parts & Accessories
Our accessories are shipped via our forwarder within the EU and Switzerland. Shipping cost of accessories will be determined according to the country. We only deliver in EU countries and Switzerland
Insurance & Shipping Damage
- Parts & Accessories: All shipments are insured. Please inspect your package upon arrival and report visible damage within 24 hours.
- Bike Boxes: If your bike box arrives damaged, do not accept the package. Note any issues with the courier and report them within 24 hours.
Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days.
- Returns from outside Germany: You bear the direct return shipping cost.
- Returns within Germany:
- Accessories: Free return if you use return label.
- Bicycles: A collection fee of max. 50 € applies.
- If a bike is returned in a used condition beyond necessary inspection, a deduction may be applied to the refund.
