NORDIC BIKES DESIGN SL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It shall be noted that all bikes shipped by Nørdic comply with EU road traffic regulations unless stated otherwise.
Regarding all external links posted on this site, we explicitly state that we do not assume any liability for external links and content on this website. We do not have any influence over the content and/or design of these external websites and do not adopt this content as our own.
1. General / Purview
1.1 The company Nørdic Bike Design SL manages the distribution of the brand Nørdic Bikes. Nørdic processes all orders based on the following general terms and conditions. These General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively. No conditions proposed by the customer or differing from those indicated in our General Terms and Conditions will be accepted unless approved by us in writing.
2. Offers and Acceptance
2.1 All specifications of Nørdic products are correct at the time of printing. They may be revised and updated at any time. This applies particularly to all images, technical drawings, dimensions, weights, product specifications, and prices published in relation to Nørdic products. A warranty of any kind cannot be given, and all errors remain reserved. 2.2 Nørdic reserves the right not to fulfill customer order requests. By ordering items (through clicking the button “order now”), the customer submits a binding agreement to conclude a contract. Contract formation takes effect upon acceptance by Nørdic through an order confirmation within two business days. Otherwise, the offer shall be considered rejected.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices quoted on the website are in Euro (EUR) and include statutory value-added tax. Customers may choose between advance payment (bank transfer), PayPal (credit card, direct payment, SEPA), and applicable financing options where available. Further payment details are available during checkout.
4. Shipment / Reservation of Ownership
4.1 Customers are required to pay all applicable shipping charges, except in cases where free shipping is explicitly offered. Shipping charges are displayed during checkout. 4.2 If a customer is responsible for an undelivered shipment, they shall bear any additional costs. Shipments are considered undelivered if no eligible recipient is present, the package is refused, or the recipient cannot be found at the provided address. 4.3 Delivery times stated on our website or in our order confirmation refer to processing time from the order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors. 4.4 Nørdic shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure, strikes, incorrect or delayed supply, or other unforeseeable disturbances beyond our control. 4.5 The goods remain the property of Nørdic until full payment is received. Any third-party claims on goods subject to retention of title must be reported immediately. The customer is liable for all associated costs.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send notice before the period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal:
- We shall reimburse all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days after receiving returned goods.
- Reimbursement will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- We will collect the goods. Customers bear the direct return cost, estimated at a maximum of 100 EUR within the EU.
- Customers are liable for any diminished value due to handling beyond necessary inspection.
6. Warranty & Liability
6.1 Customers should inspect deliveries immediately for defects. Any visible damage must be reported promptly. 6.2 Warranty claims are void if damage results from improper use, modifications, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines. 6.3 Nørdic assumes full liability for intent and gross negligence. In cases of minor negligence, liability is limited to significant contractual obligations and personal injury.
7. Data Privacy
All personal data is treated confidentially. Data required for transactions will be stored and shared only with necessary partners for processing orders. No data is shared for marketing purposes without consent.
8. Place of Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
Place of jurisdiction is Valencia, Spain. Danish law applies exclusively.
9. Miscellaneous
Invalid provisions of these Terms & Conditions do not affect the validity of the remaining clauses. B2B terms can be requested separately.
